Go To Blogger >>Template>>Customize.
Click on Advance and Choose Add CSS.
Paste the below code in white box.

Now Finally Click on Apply Blog.

Remove Blogger Navbar from Layout.(Easy Method)

This method is so easy follow the below given steps:

Go to blogger dashboard >> Layout:
Click on the Navbar Edit
